- All our vendors are verified. During registration, vendors are expected to prove that they are legally registered to conduct business and that they have a physical retail location. We visit their retail locations for confirmation. Our vendors are therefore legitimate businesses and as a shopper you should feel secure to engage with them or purchase their products through our platform.
- A shopper can choose to shop online or by contacting the vendor directly. Luthuli Superstore does not interfere with Vendor - Customer transaction when the customer chooses to buy directly from the vendor. Our goal is to bring the vendor and buyer together.
- When a customer chooses to purchase online, our payment system has inbuilt checks to ensure that your money stays safe. We will only release the buyer's money to the vendor once the buyer has confirmed to us that they have received and accepted the purchased products.
- We have provided contact information about the vendor including their physical location. This makes it easier for those shoppers who may wish to visit the vendor's location and make a purchase.
VENDORS: Why sell your products on our platform?
- We offer free listing to vendors for a period of Three months. We believe that buyers and sellers should interact freely and we therefore do not come in between them. Vendors are free to advertise their locations and deal with buyers directly.
- When shoppers choose to purchase products using our online platform, the purchase amount due to the vendor is disbursed immediately once the buyer has accepted the goods. There is no additional waiting period and we do not hold the vendor's money for goods that have already been sold.
- Luthuli Superstore does the hard work of ensuring that vendor's advertisement reach greater target audiences at a click of a button by leveraging on the Luthuli superstore ever growing Social Media platforms and our expertise in search Engine optimization (SEO).
- We provide a way for vendors to advertise their “hot sale” items on our front page ensuring that your product has greater visibility.
