This is used for bloodless castration of livestock animals , primarily calves, lambs, and goats.
It’s a pair of pincers with strong compound leverage action that crushes the spermatic cord, interrupting the blood supply to the testicles.
The operator locates the spermatic cord which is bundle of tissues containing blood vessels and nerves that supply the testicles.
