The sensor probe measures the electrical conductivity (EC) of a sample to detect moisture in the sample. It is waterproof and shock resistant, allowing you to measure moisture in jarred goods as well as in bulk product. This model has an LCD display with 0-5V range for working voltage up to 11VDC (0.1A).
